• Availability to fulfill the responsibilities of the respective position.

Positions Overview: The board of directors has a monthly 1-hour virtual meeting.  They meet in-person at the SDNP National Conference. Travel expenses are reimbursed for Board members.  Additionally, Directors serve as Board Liaison to a committee and should plan to attend those calls and help with offline work, as needed.  Overall time commitment is 2-4 hours a month.
